An explosion at a warehouse with fireworks occurred in the US state of California.


A powerful explosion occurred at a fireworks warehouse in Yolo County in the US state of California, after which a fire started there. This was announced by the county Sheriff's office on July 1.
"In the morning in the Esparto area/A powerful explosion occurred in Madison. <...> The warehouse where the fireworks were stored exploded," he said in a message on Facebook (owned by Meta, a company whose activities are recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).
It is specified that an evacuation zone with a length of one mile (1.6 km) was organized at the scene of the incident. The cause of the explosion is still unknown.
On June 26, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that a powerful explosion had occurred in Baku at the "Azerbaijanfilm" studio named after Jafar Jabbarli. It was clarified that the fire was localized, there was no information about the victims.
