Gosuslugi offers a service for processing social contributions and accounts, which can be used by privileged categories of citizens. This was announced on July 1 by the press service of the Ministry of Finance in the Telegram channel.

According to the agency, Russians who receive social benefits can use the service. At the same time, they must be clients of the participating banks.

Citizens of the Russian Federation who receive benefits for children and pregnant women, a monthly or lump sum payment under a social contract and an additional pension can make a social contribution or account.

The press service of the department emphasizes that the deposit amount should be up to 50 thousand rubles. Under such conditions, the interest rate will be the maximum that each bank offers.

As for the social account, there are no restrictions on the amount. In this case, the term should be one year, and the interest rate should be determined by the contract. The program participants will also be given the opportunity to withdraw money from the account at any time without restrictions.
