Musk responded to Trump's words about possible deportation
American entrepreneur and billionaire Elon Musk said on July 1 that it would be tempting to escalate the situation with US President Donald Trump, but he would refrain from doing so.
This is how Musk commented on the statement of the American leader about his possible deportation.
"It's so tempting to escalate the situation. It's so tempting. But I will refrain for now," the entrepreneur wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
Earlier in the day, Trump said at a press conference that he did not rule out the possibility of deporting Musk from the United States. According to him, a lot of subsidies were allocated to Musk.
Before that, Trump called on DOGE to check subsidies for Musk on Tesla electric vehicles. Trump added that Musk had always been aware of his position on subsidizing electric vehicles — there was no need to force everyone to choose just such cars.
