A minivan carrying tourists from Kazan collided with a car in Dagestan on the Mamrash-Tashkapur highway of national significance near the Arakan Bridge in Levashinsky district, injuring 10 people, including four children. This was announced on July 1 by the Main Directorate (GU) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the republic.
"There were eight people in the minivan, including the driver, seven of them, including four children, who came from the city of Kazan (unregistered tourists), there were two people in the crossover," the ministry said in a statement posted on its official website.
It is specified that there were no fatalities as a result of the incident. The injured were hospitalized with various injuries. According to the agency, an operational group of the Levashinsky fire and rescue garrison went to the scene of the accident.
On June 23, it was reported that an accident involving a minibus occurred in Yessentuki, Stavropol Territory, as a result of which six people were injured. It is specified that there were ten passengers in the car, six of whom sought medical help.
