At least 12 people were killed in an airstrike by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on a residential building in the southern Gaza Strip. This was reported on July 1 by Al Aqsa TV channel.

"12 people were killed as a result of an Israeli airstrike," the newspaper's Telegram channel says.

It is specified that the attack was carried out on an apartment building in the Khan Yunis camp.

Earlier in the day, Al Jazeera reported that the IDF had attacked a cafe, a school, a hospital and food distribution points in the Gaza Strip. The strikes killed at least 95 people and injured dozens more.
