In the Zaporozhye region, three pensioners were injured when the Ukrainian Armed Forces hit a car.

As a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a civilian car in the Zaporizhia region, three pensioners were injured. This was announced on July 1 by the governor of the region Evgeny Balitsky.

"As a result of a terrorist attack on a civilian car in the Pologovsky municipal district, three pensioners were injured: a man born in 1952 and two women born in 1948 and 1952," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

It is reported that the victims with shrapnel wounds and concussion were hospitalized, they are receiving all necessary assistance. Operational services are working at the scene of the incident.

Earlier in the day, one person was killed and seven injured as a result of an attack by Ukrainian drones (UAVs) on the LPR. As the head of the region, Leonid Pasechnik, noted, an 18-year—old civilian was killed in the Svatovsky district, three more were seriously injured - a young woman and two men, in the city of Kremennaya, as a result of the attack, three men received mine-blast injuries and a concussion.
