Kellogg accused Russia of allegedly delaying negotiations on the Ukrainian conflict

The US president's special envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, said on June 30 that Russia was allegedly responsible for delaying negotiations on the conflict in Ukraine.
"We call for an immediate ceasefire and a transition to trilateral negotiations to end the conflict. Russia cannot continue to stall for time," he wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov drew attention on June 29 to the fact that Moscow expects a third round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, and the negotiation process itself will largely depend on the position of the Kiev regime.
In turn, the American leader Donald Trump, following the results of the NATO summit in The Hague on June 25, stressed that he had no doubt about the desire of Russian President Vladimir Putin to achieve a settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. He also announced an upcoming telephone conversation with Putin, without specifying the timing.
