Alexey Lavrov was dismissed from the post of Deputy Finance Minister due to retirement

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin dismissed Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Lavrov in connection with his retirement. The order was published on June 30 on the official Internet portal of legal information.

"To dismiss Alexey Mikhailovich Lavrov from the post of Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation in connection with retirement," the document says.

Lavrov has served as Deputy finance Minister since 2011. Prior to that, he headed the Department of Budgetary Policy and Methodology in this department.

On June 3, Russian President Vladimir Putin dismissed Colonel-General Ilya Denisov, Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. He has held the position since 2019.
