- The State Duma announced the enrichment of European countries at the expense of the people of Ukraine
European countries benefit at the expense of the Ukrainian people. Viktor Vodolatsky, first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots, said this in an interview with Izvestia on June 30, commenting on the disappearance of €1 billion allocated to Ukraine in Germany.
"The loss of €1 billion means that the European parliaments, which are among the four most resourceful structures that finance the regime of [Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky is taking advantage of the confusion," the source said.
The MP added that the Ukrainian president signs many documents, which creates opportunities for abuse.
In addition, Vodolatsky added that former German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and French President Emmanuel Macron "do not forget about themselves" and use the situation for personal gain.
"Scholz understood that he would not be elected again, so we must try to steal a billion and divide it with Zelensky. Now the world will follow the same path, realizing that Germany will no longer allow itself such a Nazi chancellor. And, of course, he will not be elected for a second term," said the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee.
He also stressed that Ukraine has turned into a "dirty washing machine" where money is laundered and transferred to offshore accounts. The deputy explained that the Ukrainian people are suffering, while Zelensky's entourage is enriching themselves and becoming billionaires.
On the same day, the Bild newspaper reported that €1 billion intended to help Ukraine had "disappeared" in Germany. The German government promised to allocate €9.2 billion to Kiev this year, but actually sent only €8.3 billion. This may mean that Ukraine will receive less than promised by German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius.
