Russian employers named the main reasons for the dismissal of employees

The main reason that motivates employees to think about quitting is the low salary level. 71% of employers in Russia think so, according to the results of a survey conducted by the platform. hh.ru .

Overload and stress are second in importance (57%), and lack of career prospects is third (43%).

In addition, 42% of company executives believe that uncomfortable working conditions influence employees' decision to leave. Another 41% note an unpleasant atmosphere in the team, and 39% — a bureaucracy with poorly structured business processes.

Employers consider such factors as poor relations with management (36%), personnel changes (23%) and unattractive work responsibilities (14%) to be less significant.

At the same time, companies are increasingly working with employees who are at the stage of burnout or dissatisfaction. Almost half (46%) regularly hold conversations with managers and employees, and 36% suggest reviewing the workload. More than a third of employers (31%) provide additional opportunities for rest and recovery, 28% diagnose the level of engagement, for example, through additional surveys.

However, a quarter of the companies surveyed are not yet dealing with issues of employee support in a state of burnout, experts said.
