Putin called the enormous potential of Donbass and Novorossiya

The enormous potential of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), Kherson and Zaporizhia regions must be unlocked, and by 2030 the standard of living there should be equal to the Russian average. This was announced on June 30 by Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting on the development of new regions of the Russian Federation.

"By 2030, the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions should reach the average Russian level in all key indicators and, of course, in terms of people's quality of life," the president said.
