- The second stage of the educational project "Formula of Success" has been completed

The second stage of the educational project for the leaders of non-profit organizations "Formula of Success", which is organized by the AiF Charitable Foundation, has been completed. Kind Heart" and the editorial staff of Arguments and Facts are supported by the Presidential Grants Foundation. As in the first stage, which took place in 2024, 100 NGO leaders from different regions of the country participated in it.
A new block has been added to the block of lectures by professionals in the field of media and communications on the project's website, entitled "Have you learned? Share it!".
All 25 lectures of the second stage will remain available, and anyone can listen to them.
The project is about technologies and tools that help NGOs establish communication with public institutions and the media in order to communicate information about their activities to a wide range of people. After completing the lecture course, all participants completed five workshop tasks, including recording podcasts. Lecturers and participants gathered for the final PR summit "Formula for Success 2.0" at the Arguments and Facts estate on Myasnitskaya Street in Moscow.
"There is such a thing as a godly deed. It seems to us that outside of religion, outside of faiths, you are doing a work pleasing to God, and we are helping you in this. We have spent many years trying to convince you, including with the Formula for Success project, the second stage of which we are completing today, that you not only have to, but must speak publicly about your affairs," said Ruslan Novikov, CEO of Argumenty I Fakty publishing house.
He also noted that AiF has developed close relations with the non-profit sector in recent years. More than three thousand materials have been published on various platforms of the publishing house — in the weekly AiF and other printed publications, as well as on the website and on social networks.
Alina Dunayeva, Head of the Regional Development Department of the Presidential Grants Foundation (SPF), emphasized trust as a key word in the activities of NGOs. And she said that over the eight years of the foundation's work, 22,000 NGO projects have received its support. This made it possible to implement 56,000 socially significant projects throughout Russia. Their total budget amounted to 177 billion rubles, with 86 billion being funds allocated by the FPG, and 91 billion being support for regional budgets, as well as money raised by non—profit organizations themselves.
According to the moderator of the meeting, Elena Mullanurova, brand director of Argumenty I Fakty Publishing House, NGO leaders often become motivators of positive social changes taking place in small steps in our society. And it is the media that helps them in this. "Charitable initiatives create a domino effect — when one person or organization shows kindness and provides assistance, it inspires others to follow their example. Every act of kindness and support triggers a response, forming a positive chain reaction. So, one charitable gesture can be the beginning of a whole wave of good deeds. Charity unites people by involving them in joint efforts to solve social problems," Elena Mullanurova believes. "It is gratifying that Argumenty I Fakty publishing house continues to talk with society, the state, the media and the non—profit sector and broadcasts the importance of promoting socially significant content in the media, talks about where and how NGOs and the media can find points of intersection and how vivid the role of the third sector is in the development of the country's economy as a whole."
In the final part of the summit's plenary session, the participants of the Formula for Success project were awarded. Have you learned? Share!" — the winners of the creative contest of works prepared by them during the workshop. Diplomas were awarded to all 50 finalists, many of whom were present in the hall.
In addition to the plenary session, the summit program included master classes with experts in the field of communications, public talks, and seminars. The organizers said that work is already underway on the third stage of the project, which will start in 2025.
