Cows ravaged a cemetery in the Lipetsk region

Cows have ravaged one of the rural cemeteries in the Lipetsk region. This is reported by GOROD48 with reference to residents of the village of Bolshaya Kireevka, who complained about the animals.
According to one of the residents, Evgeny Goltsov, cattle are constantly grazing at the local cemetery. Farmer Vasily Antoshkin does not tie cows, so they walk around the neighborhood. Last year, four monuments were toppled at the cemetery, and this year — two already. All appeals to the owner of the animals are useless, the police and the administration are powerless.
In turn, the head of the administration of the rural settlement, Alexander Antipov, is already aware of the incident. On June 29, he received a complaint and visited the cemetery. According to Antipov, the owner of the cows ties them up, but from time to time they break loose and run away.
Antoshkin has already been fined several times for non-compliance with animal welfare requirements, however, due to the small size of the fine, the punishment did not have any effect.
