Power outages have been reported throughout the Pskov Region. The day before, a squally wind blew in the region, which was accompanied by heavy rain. This caused trees to fall and electrical lines to break.
The Velikiye Luki administration reported that public utilities are operating on high alert, ensuring the safety of residents and eliminating the consequences of the disaster. There are problems with electricity in Krasnogorodsky, Plyussky and Strugo-Krasnensky districts, the Pskov news feed writes.
