Analysts talked about the change in prices for travel goods
In the period from January to June of this year, a leisure kit was purchased for an average of 5,317 rubles, which is 2% higher than in the same period of 2024. The basic set includes a water bottle, an external battery, suntan and sunblock creams, slates, and a beach towel. Such data is provided by ATOL analysts, who were reviewed by Izvestia on June 30.
According to a study by analysts, the most expensive element of the kit turned out to be an external battery, which was bought on average for 1,655 rubles, which is 18% higher than in 2024. At the same time, the demand for this product increased by 19%.
In addition, oil shale in Russia cost an average of 884 rubles, which is 19% lower than last year. At the same time, the demand for this product has almost doubled — by 90%. The average price of a beach towel also dropped to 642 rubles, which is 9% less than in 2024, but demand for them decreased by 15%, according to analysts.
Sunscreen went up by 4%, to 881 rubles, and sunscreen — by 1%, to 664 rubles. At the same time, the demand for these goods increased by 43%, 36% and 6%, respectively.
Water lovers paid an average of 948 rubles (+14%) for a new inflatable mattress for swimming, and 618 rubles (-4%) for a large inflatable circle. Meanwhile, Russians who want to go scuba diving with a mask or goggles can purchase them at an average price of 1,395 rubles (+26%) and 867 rubles (+2%), respectively.
On May 29, Izvestia got acquainted with the results of a study by the national tour operator Alean on prices for family tourists in the regions of the Russian Federation. The cheapest places to relax by the sea are in Crimea, Dagestan and Yeysk, on lakes — in Bashkiria, Chelyabinsk region, Altai Territory, in the mountains — in Arkhyz, Elbrus region, Gorny Altai.
