The Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran spoke about the desire of the United States to resume negotiations

This was reported by the ISNA news agency on June 30, citing Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Majid Takht-Ravanchi.

"The administration of US President Donald Trump informed Iran through intermediaries that it wants to return to negotiations, but did not explicitly state its position on the "very important issue" of further attacks during the dialogue," the publication says.

According to the Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister, if the United States wants to continue contact, then in order to create the necessary trust for the continuation of the diplomatic process, they must take a clear position on the rejection of further attacks on the Islamic Republic.
