Russian military personnel continue raids on the right bank of the Dnieper River in the Kherson region, occupied by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on June 30 by the governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo.

"Yes, such actions are underway. Our units conduct raids and carry out tasks to destabilize enemy positions," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

It is noted that such actions are part of an operational practice that is focused on deterring Ukrainian militants and intelligence.

Due to UAV attacks, more than 190 settlements were left without power, water and communications.

Earlier, on May 4, it was reported that a sabotage group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hiding in a temporary deployment point had been eliminated on the right bank of the Dnieper. It is specified that the Ukrainian militants were discovered during a planned reconnaissance of the area using drones.
