Texas Governor Abbott allowed paying with gold in everyday life

Texas Governor Greg Abbott on June 29 allowed residents to pay in gold and silver in their daily lives.

"I have signed a law allowing Texans to use gold and silver as legal tender in everyday financial transactions," he wrote on the social network X.

The governor noted that this law does not contradict the US Constitution.
