Former Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili on Sunday, June 29, called on her supporters to continue the protests.

She also congratulated the participants on the fact that they managed to organize protests on the streets for seven months.

"Some people want to endlessly ask me for a non-existent plan. The plan is unity," the TV channel quoted the former president at a rally on Rustaveli Avenue. 1tv.ge .

Zurabishvili welcomed the young people who are the main part of the protest movement. She assured the audience that her only ambition is to save the country.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on June 12 that the EU was wary of the Georgian government and considered it a "beast." He noted seven percent economic growth and a reduction in government debt. Despite the fact that the "global liberals" tried to interfere in the country's politics in 2022, Georgia managed to maintain its government, Orban said.
