Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Ivica Dacic said that the police would closely monitor the situation with the protests in Belgrade. This was announced on Monday, June 30, by the portal Pink.rs .
According to him, this will apply to places blocked by protesters and gatherings of citizens to protest against the arrest of suspects of planning and inciting violence after yesterday's protest.
"I urge everyone to preserve civil peace, avoid conflicts and not provoke conflicts with the police, because this is the most important thing," he said.
According to him, the police did not attack anyone and the police have strict orders to respond only to repel an attack, even if someone attacks them.
On June 25, it was reported that the Serbian Interior Ministry, together with other law enforcement agencies, detained six people suspected of preparing to overthrow the constitutional order in the state. Earlier, on June 21, the detainees held a meeting at a hotel in the city of Kraljevo, during which they discussed plans for a violent change of power in the country.

At least 36 thousand people attended the rally. Students came to the square, shouting slogans "Swing!". It was clarified that 48 police officers were injured and 77 people were detained as a result of the protests.
