The Prime Minister of Serbia spoke about the possible use of the Mir system

Serbia will consider using the Russian Mir payment system, the head of the Government of the republic, Juro Matsut, said in an interview with Izvestia.

"We should consider using the Mir payment system, but the final decision remains with our financial institutions," the Serbian prime minister said in an interview with Izvestia.

In addition, he recalled that Air Serbia, despite enormous political pressure, continued flights to Russia even after 2022. At the moment, she flies not only to Moscow, but also to several Russian cities, for example, to St. Petersburg, Matsut emphasized.

"We will continue our flights to Russia, and Air Serbia will decide on possible new destinations and flights to Russia, depending on market needs," the Serbian prime minister said.
