Law enforcement agencies have begun checking information about the beating of a minor at the Albatross children's camp in Kamchatka. This was announced on Sunday, June 29, by the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region.
It is specified that an investigative task force has now been dispatched to the scene of the incident at the children's camp.
"During the verification measures, the causes and conditions of the incident will be established, as well as an assessment of the actions or inaction of the management and staff of the children's institution," the Telegram channel of the department added.
Earlier, a video appeared online showing the moment when one of the camp's students kicked another girl.
On June 11, an administrative case was opened against the director of the Ogonyok children's camp in the Marksovsky district of the Saratov region, where mass poisoning of vacationers occurred. During the inspection, violations of sanitary and epidemiological legislation were revealed in the form of improper cleaning of premises, as well as poor disinfection of the camp territory.
