Putin pointed to the large-scale tasks facing the Russian shipbuilding industry.

The Russian shipbuilding industry faces large-scale challenges, on the solution of which the security of the country's maritime borders depends. This was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on June 28.

"Today, the shipbuilding industry faces large—scale tasks that are in demand <...>. Their solution is of fundamental importance for ensuring the safety of Russia's maritime borders and the integrated and balanced development of the fleet," reads the congratulations of employees and veterans of the shipbuilding industry on Shipbuilding Day.
