The heroes of Russia for several different centuries were shown on the "Scarlet Sails"

The heroes of Russia from different times were shown on June 28 at the alumni festival "Scarlet Sails" in St. Petersburg.

Three heroes, Alexander Nevsky, Georgy Zhukov, Yuri Gagarin and the soldiers of the special military operation (SVO) replaced each other in the form of constellations.

"As we enter adulthood, we must not forget about the lessons of history. Each of us can become a hero of his time," said presenters Dmitry Khrustalev and Daria Blokhina, addressing the graduates.

On the evening of June 28, the alumni festival "Scarlet Sails – 2025" began in the Northern Capital. Alexander Beglov, the Governor of St. Petersburg, delivered a welcoming speech. The concert of the holiday was opened by the band 5th MORNING. And the main event of the celebration will be a water and pyrotechnic show on the Neva River with the participation of the brig Rossiya.

The Scarlet Sails holiday was revived in 2005 after a long-term hiatus on the initiative of ROSSIYA Joint Stock Bank, the Government of St. Petersburg and Channel Five.

The concert part of last year's alumni celebration "Scarlet Sails – 2024" received a silver award from one of Russia's main creative awards "Silver Mercury" in the nomination "Best Mass Event".
