At the airfield where the Yak-18T light-engine aircraft crashed, pilots are seriously preparing for flight. This was announced to Izvestia on June 28 by the owner of the crashed plane, Andrei Volkov.

"Maybe the pilot is experienced, maybe he did everything possible, but he couldn't. I think that was the case, otherwise they would not have allowed takeoff, everything is serious at the airfield there," said Volkov.

The owner of the plane also clarified that he was familiar with the victims, but they did not warn him about their intention to fly. In addition, he added that one of his acquaintances who was on board had his own aerobatic aircraft, but the ship he owned was a two-seater.

The plane crashed on the afternoon of June 28 near the village of Panovo. Four people were killed in the crash. There was a fire after the incident, and the fire has been eliminated at the moment. A criminal case was opened into the incident.
