Three people died in a fire in a private house in the Komi Republic


Three people died as a result of a fire in a private house in the Udorsky district of the Komi Republic. This was reported on June 28 in the press service of the Regional Investigative Committee (RF).
"In a private wooden house located in the village of Koslan, Udorsky district, the company was drinking alcoholic beverages. During the ignition of the furnace, furniture caught fire, followed by a fire that killed 42-year-old and 41-year—old men and a 40-year-old woman," the department's Telegram channel said.
Two women managed to escape from the fire. A criminal case has been opened into the incident under Part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence to two or more persons"). The investigator conducted an inspection of the scene and appointed forensic medical examinations.
The day before, it was reported that a fire broke out in a multi-storey building in Chita, in which a woman died. Five more adults and one child were rescued. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, a total of 20 people and six pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
