A criminal case has been opened into the crash of a light-engine aircraft in the Moscow region. This was announced on June 28 by the press service of the Western Interregional Investigative Department for Transport of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
"A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violations of the rules of movement and operation of air transport that negligently caused the death of more than two persons")," the Telegram channel says.
Previously, the plane took off from the Severka airfield without approval. The crash occurred when the pilot was performing a Barrel aerobatics and colliding with the ground.
Currently, investigators are establishing the circumstances, causes and conditions of the incident.
The plane crashed on the afternoon of June 28 near the village of Panovo. Four people were killed in the crash. There was a fire after the incident, and the fire has been eliminated at the moment.
