Putin called the current salaries in student groups insufficient

The current salaries in Russian student groups are insufficient. This was announced on June 28 by Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking during the opening of youth centers in the country's regions.

"We earned 1,000, 1,500 per month, then it was decent. Zhiguli cost 5,000 back then," Putin said via video link.
