Polish President Duda arrives in Kiev on an unannounced visit

Outgoing Polish President Andrzej Duda has arrived in Kiev on an unannounced visit. This was announced on June 28 in his office.
"Duda paid a farewell visit to Kiev," the publication on the website of the Polish president says.
It is specified that during the trip he will meet with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
In turn, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga called Duda a great friend of Ukraine and thanked him for his help and support.
"This morning, I was pleased to welcome a true friend of Ukraine at Kiev Central Station. <...> We are grateful to him and to all Poles who have shown true solidarity with Ukraine. Our guest will celebrate the Constitution Day of Ukraine with us and will meet with the president," he wrote on his page on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
On June 29, Duda was outraged by the fact that Ukraine does not know about the genocide during the Volyn massacre. According to him, the republic will never agree with the laws of Ukraine, which glorify criminals who committed mass murders of Poles.
