Asphalt laying on the bridge over Lazavitsa was completed in Velikiye Luki

In Velikiye Luki (Pskov region), asphalt has been laid on the reconstructed bridge over the Lazavitsa River. This was reported to the Pskov news feed by the city administration.

The bridge is located on Gagarin Avenue. As of June 27, work on the large-scale renovation of the crossing is almost completed.

"Asphalt paving has been completed at the facility, which is one of the key stages of large—scale work. It is planned to open the working traffic for motor transport in the near future," the message says.

In July, the bridge plans to complete the installation of road signs, the installation of bus shelters, and landscaping of the surrounding area. Traffic lights at the intersection of Gagarin Avenue and Novoseleninskaya Street will also be adjusted.

Earlier in June, it was reported that major repairs to kindergarten No. 5 were planned to be completed in Velikiye Luki by the end of November. The renovation project provides for the replacement of engineering systems, windows and doors, as well as the renovation of the food hall, bedrooms, group and administrative premises.
