The Nevsky District Court of St. Petersburg banned the distribution of the songs "Packing", "What kind of business ...", "Narcos" by rapper Kizaru (real name Oleg Nechiporenko) for the propaganda of narcotic drugs. This was announced on June 27 by the joint press service of the courts in the region.

"The experts' conclusion has established that the lyrics of the above-mentioned songs contain propaganda of drug use. The texts revealed information that forms a positive attitude towards the commission of drug trafficking," the department's Telegram channel says.

Also in the lyrics, the performer positions himself as a person who approves of the sale of such substances and uses them. Such information may make the listener want to repeat the author's actions.

The day before, a court in Moscow fined Russian TV presenter and blogger Victoria Bonya 50,000 rubles under the administrative protocol on drug propaganda. The protocol was registered on May 28 under Part 1.1 of Article 6.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Propaganda of narcotic drugs using the Internet"). According to the blogger's representative, Bonya partially admitted her guilt.
