FC Torpedo has appointed a new CEO

Sergey Sinyaev has been appointed CEO of the Torpedo Football club. This was announced on the club's website on June 27.

"Torpedo Moscow Football Club officially announces the appointment of Sergey Sinyaev to the position of CEO," the press release says.

Previously, the specialist held senior positions at FC Astrakhan and Volgar (Astrakhan). He was also the manager of the sports facilities of the Torpedo Sports Complex (2023-2025).

On June 20, Leonid Sobolev, the owner of the Torpedo football club, and Valery Skorodumov, the director, were charged with bribing a judge. Later, the defense of the owner of the Torpedo appealed against his arrest. According to lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky, "there is no case as such," and the defendants are innocent.
