A child died after being hospitalized with poisoning in the Saratov region.

In the Saratov region, three children were hospitalized with signs of poisoning, but one of them died. This was announced on June 27 by the regional prosecutor's office.

"The prosecutor's Office of the Rivne region is conducting an investigation into the death and hospitalization of minors," the Telegram channel says.

It is specified that children with signs of poisoning were admitted to the hospital. One of them was unconscious and died on the same day. Two other children are currently receiving necessary medical treatment.

The agency indicated that the causes of the incident are being investigated. In addition, a criminal case has been opened into the incident under Part 1 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence").

On June 7, at least 11 children were hospitalized at the Eaglet camp in the Kalachinsky district of the Omsk region with signs of poisoning. The condition of all patients was assessed as satisfactory. It was noted that the specialists carried out all necessary checks and took samples of water and food products.
