Sovcombank talked about the development of social programs for employees

Over the past year and a half, Sovcombank has allocated more than 400 million rubles to support the families of its employees. This was announced by HR Director of the bank Nadiya Imametdinova.

On the sidelines of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Social dynamics of the population and human potential", Imametdinova said that, for example, payments for the birth or adoption of a child were increased: now parents receive 50 thousand rubles for the first child, 100 thousand rubles for the second, 200 thousand rubles for the third and more.

In addition, bank employees can receive compensation for a private kindergarten, as well as a payment of 10,000 rubles if a child goes to first grade. On September 1, parents are offered a paid day off.

Partial compensation for trips to children's camps, preferential insurance for children and free financial literacy training programs are also provided. Preparation courses for the OGE and the Unified State Exam are available for high school students.
