Temporary restrictions on the operation of the mobile Internet have been introduced in the Samara region. This was announced on Friday, June 27, by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Fedorishchev.

"As in other regions of Russia, restrictions on the operation of the mobile Internet are being fixed in the Samara region," the governor wrote in his Telegram channel.

He stressed that temporary measures have been taken to increase the safety of local residents and protect the region's infrastructure.

For security reasons, on June 17, mobile Internet was restricted in the Tyumen Region "for reasons beyond the control of regional authorities and telecom operators." At the same time, the fixed Internet and WI-FI networks were operating normally.
