Half of Russians are ready to give part of their bonus for the formation of a future pension if the amount of savings upon retirement turns out to be significant, and the conditions of the funded program are profitable and comfortable. This is evidenced by the results of a joint study of the online recruiting platform. hh.ru and NPF Evolution, which were reviewed by Izvestia.

2,000 Russians took part in the online survey. To the question "Would you agree that a certain part of your bonus should be used to form a future pension?" 50% of the respondents answered in the affirmative. Of these, 27% are ready to accumulate savings if the program conditions are favorable and comfortable, and another 8% are ready to participate if the amount of savings turns out to be significant.

Residents of the Chelyabinsk (58%) and Samara (55%) regions spoke most often about their willingness to form additional capital for the long-term future with the help of bonuses and bonuses. The top 10 regions according to this criterion also included the Republic of Bashkortostan (53%), Kemerovo Region (51%), Krasnodar and Krasnoyarsk Territories, Novosibirsk Region (48% in each region voted "for"), Moscow (47%), Tyumen (43%) and Sverdlovsk (42%) regions.

The largest volume of small bonuses was recorded among employees of the transport, retail and scientific sectors. About 20% of respondents in these industries said that their bonus is 10% of their salary.

"The result of the survey conducted hh.ru and the NPF Evolution has shown that more than half of Russians (62%) receive bonuses from their employer with varying frequency. Of these, just over a quarter (26%) receive financial support from the company on a monthly basis, and one in ten receive it quarterly. 47% of respondents confirmed their desire to form a future pension together with their employer," said Elena Tetyunina, CEO of NPF Evolution.

She added that joining the long-term savings program will allow citizens to form a "monetary safety cushion" or retirement savings. The amount of co-financing that a depositor can expect from the state for ten years can reach 36 thousand rubles per year and will depend on the amount of income. Tetyunina stressed that another advantage of the program is the tax deduction.

Earlier, Izvestia found out that over the past year, employers have reduced the amount of bonuses or even stopped paying them to almost a third of Russians. Managers, IT specialists, realtors, as well as employees in the fields of sales, finance and construction complain most often about the deprivation of bonuses.

Igor Balynin, PhD in Economics, associate professor at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, said on June 25 that Russian residents can more than double their insurance pension if they apply for it in 10 years.
