The Russian Embassy in Norway quite often receives applications from foreigners who wish to move to Russia. This was announced on June 27 by Russian Ambassador to Oslo Nikolai Korchunov.

"Every month we receive about three to five requests from foreign citizens asking for clarification of the procedure for obtaining such a visa and further relocation to Russia," Korchunov told RIA Novosti.
