Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Galuzin spoke about Armenia's security guarantees

The most reliable and effective security guarantees for Armenia are bilateral agreements with Russia and within the framework of the CSTO, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin told Izvestia.
