In Kazan, all the owners of the "Golden Mask" were named-2025

On June 26, a solemn ceremony of awarding Russia's main theatrical award, the Golden Mask Award, took place in Kazan. For the first time, the names of the laureates were announced not in Moscow, but in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan in the new building of the Galiasgar Kamal Theater.

"In our difficult times, building a new theater with such innovative stages is not an easy and costly task. And I would really like the whole theatrical Russia to see how the republic is developing, which is famous for its collectives that have repeatedly received the Golden Mask," Vladimir Mashkov, president of the Golden Mask, Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, told Izvestia.
