The media reported Macron's arrival at the EU summit late and disheveled

French President Emmanuel Macron was late for the European Union (EU) summit and arrived at the meeting in an untidy state. This was announced on June 26 by the Euractiv portal.

Macron arrived an hour and a half behind schedule and looked "noticeably disheveled," the publication says.

The portal also published a photo of the French president who arrived. On it, you can see how Macron's hair was not neatly arranged.

Earlier in the day, following the summit in Brussels, the European Union was unable to adopt a statement on Ukraine, as one of the countries of the association did not support it. The EU will have to come back to this issue at the next summit.
