The life of a two-year-old boy, whom a man violently threw to the floor at Sheremetyevo airport, is not in danger. The child's father informed Izvestia about this on June 26.
However, he clarified that the child's condition is still serious.
"Everything is fine, so far my son's life is not in danger, but he is still in serious condition," the man said.
According to the chief physician of the Children's Clinical Center named after Roshal Tatiana Shapovalenko, the boy has a severe traumatic brain injury. He is in a medically induced sleep and on artificial ventilation, but the doctors are positive.
On June 23, Vladimir Vityukov, being in the arrival area of the airport in a state of drug intoxication, grabbed a two-year-old child and, lifting him to the height of his height, threw him violently to the floor. A criminal case has been opened on attempted murder. On June 26, Vityukov was arrested for two months.
