A schoolboy in the Bryansk region was detained for transporting explosive devices

Law enforcement officers detained a minor in the Bryansk region, accused of transporting explosive devices. This was announced on June 26 by the press service of the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee of Russia (IC RF) in the Bryansk region.

"In the Bryansk region, a minor accused of illegally transporting explosive devices has been detained (paragraph "b" of Part 3 of Article 222.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," follows from a publication in the Telegram channel.

It is specified that a 16-year-old schoolboy came into contact with a terrorist organization in a messenger. Further, one of its members instructed the teenager to pick up parts of explosive devices from the cache on June 10, 2025 and transport them.

Law enforcement officers stopped the actions of the defendant and detained him. At the moment, investigators are establishing other illegal acts of the student.

Earlier, on May 21, residents of Sevastopol were sentenced to 18 years in prison to serve their sentences in a high-security penal colony for treason and illegal trafficking of explosive devices. It was reported that the man, on the instructions of the curators, was looking for caches of explosives in the region.
