The mass production of the Oreshnik missile system will enhance the military potential of the Russian Federation. This opinion was expressed by Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense Yuri Shvytkin on Thursday, June 26.

"Of course, when the Hazel was directly hit, we saw quite serious damage to the target with high-precision weapons and a lot of damage. This means that it is almost impossible to intercept the Oreshnik today. It is going into mass production today, thereby increasing the military potential of our state," the deputy said in an interview with Lenta.Ru .

According to the parliamentarian, this will be a sobering factor in relation to the countries of the NATO bloc, which are harboring aggressive plans against Russia.
