Xiaomi has revealed the prices of the new YU7 crossover
Xiaomi, which held a presentation of the new YU7 crossover in May, announced the launch of sales of the model in China and revealed prices. In the home market, an electric car in the basic version costs 253.5 thousand yuan, in the maximum version — 329.9 thousand yuan, the Autohome portal reported on June 26. This is from 2.8 million to 3.6 million rubles in translation.
Xiaomi YU7 is built on the same platform as the SU7 sedan, which became the debut car of the Chinese IT giant and went on sale last year. The crossover is 4,999 mm long with a three-meter wheelbase. One of the features of the new product is a 1.1-meter HyperVision screen in the full width of the windshield.
The electric car received a leather interior trim, zero-gravity seats, a touch screen for rear passengers to control the climate system and multimedia, a large central display, 25 speakers of the audio system and other options.
The YU7 is offered in three configurations. The basic version has only rear-wheel drive and a single motor that produces 320 hp (528 Nm) and accelerates to 100 km/h in 5.88 seconds at a maximum of 240 km/h. This version has the largest range on a single charge — 835 km.
The initial all-wheel drive version is equipped with a twin-engine powerplant (496 hp; 690 Nm). In the flagship modification, the system develops 691 hp and 866 Nm, it allows you to accelerate to 253 km / h and accelerate from zero to "hundreds" in 3.23 seconds.
The day before, it was reported that the development team of the Russian Atom electric car assembled a batch of 26 "verification" vehicles, which was required to confirm readiness for mass production and configure all production processes.
