Al-Nasr extends contract with Ronaldo

Saudi Arabian football club Al-Nasr has extended the contract with Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo. This was announced on June 26 by the club's press service.

The new agreement runs until 2027.

"Cristiano Ronaldo officially renews his contract," reads a message on the club's page on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

Ronaldo became an Al-Nasr player in January 2023. Since then, the striker has played 105 matches for the team in all competitions, scored 93 goals and made 19 assists, Sport-Express recalls.

Earlier, on June 8, in the final match of the Football League of Nations in Munich, the Portuguese national team defeated the Spanish team. It was clarified that defender Nuno Mendes (26th minute) and striker Cristiano Ronaldo (61st minute) scored in the winning team. After the victory, Ronaldo could not contain his emotions and began to cry.
