The prosecutor of the Nevsky district asked the court to ban several songs by a musical artist that promote drugs. This was announced on June 26 by the St. Petersburg Prosecutor's Office.

As the source of Izvestia noted, we are talking about rapper Kizaru (real name Oleg Nechiporenko) and his songs such as "Packing", "What a business ...", "Narcos".

"In order to protect the rights of an unspecified group of people, the prosecutor of the [Nevsky] district sent a statement of claim to the court for recognition of information posted on specific links prohibited for distribution on the territory of the Russian Federation. The course and results of the consideration of the claim are controlled by the district prosecutor's office," the Telegram channel of the city prosecutor's office says.

According to the prosecutor's office, according to these links, the artist's musical compositions are posted online, the texts of which, according to experts, promote the use of narcotic and psychotropic drugs, as well as contribute to the formation of a positive attitude towards their dissemination. At the same time, the Internet pages are freely available.

On the same day, TV presenter and blogger Victoria Bonya was fined 50,000 rubles under the administrative protocol on drug propaganda. He was registered on May 28 under Part 1.1 of Article 6.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Propaganda of narcotic drugs using the Internet").
