Disneyland-type park to be built in Krasnodar

A Disneyland-like park will be built in Krasnodar in five years. An all-season recreation area will appear on the territory of the former Krasnodar porcelain factory "Chaika", at the intersection of Lisa Chaikina and Uralskaya streets.

The contract for 14 billion rubles has already been signed with the investor, said City Duma deputy Vadim Dyachenko, writes IA KrasnodarMedia. According to him, there will be a water park, restaurants, a spa area, and sports facilities. Dyachenko did not rule out that the park would be built earlier than planned.

The agency recalls that earlier there was information that the old buildings began to be dismantled on the territory of the former Chaika plant. In their place, it was planned to build a modern water sports complex with an indoor water park.

Earlier it was reported that the new administrative building will be built on the territory of the Regional Clinical Hospital No. 2 in Krasnodar. Information about this is posted in the Procurement system. The cost of the facility will exceed 1 billion rubles. It will be located on a land plot of 8.6 hectares. The area of the building itself will be almost 7.2 thousand square meters, the height is 37 m. The City Hall has issued a construction permit for the facility until November 2026.
