The Roscongress Foundation presented its own ecosystem of projects at SPIEF 2025

Topics related to the labor market and personnel training were widely discussed at the Forum. In his speech at the plenary session, Vladimir Putin spoke about the need to ensure long-term growth and structural changes in the economy. Among the important aspects for achieving the goal were the widespread use of digital technologies, the adaptation of educational programs to the needs of the real sector and the creation of equal opportunities for everyone to gain knowledge that will help everyone realize their potential. The President noted the stabilization of the unemployment rate in the country and the growth of youth employment, mentioning that in terms of youth unemployment, the situation in Russia as a whole is one of the best in the world.

There are many talented young people in our country who strive to realize their abilities and ambitions. All of them represent Russia's human resources potential, which the Roscongress Foundation is also working to develop. The main goal of the Foundation's social and career initiatives is to create equal opportunities for all, namely, to support young people and socially vulnerable categories of citizens in matters of career guidance and adaptation, job search efficiency and employment. At the SPIEF, the Foundation presented an ecosystem of its own social, career and youth projects "The Potential of the country".

This year, participants could get acquainted with the ecosystem of the "Potential of the country" through interactive touch panels located on the Forum site. It was also possible to test the ecosystem's flagship project of the same name, The Country's Potential. It is an aggregator of career opportunities in leading Russian companies for young professionals without work experience, graduates, and people with disabilities: vacancies, internships, and training programs are collected in a chatbot on the project's website, in a telegram bot, and in a telegram channel with vacancies. In addition, all interested parties could talk with specialists who work with projects aimed at helping people with disabilities, as well as schoolchildren, students and young applicants who are in a difficult life situation, have problems with socialization, have difficulties with studying or finding employment.

At SPIEF 2025, agreements on cooperation in the framework of social, youth and career projects were signed between the Roscongress Foundation and organizations supporting sustainable development in the social sphere.

On June 19, Alexander Stuglev, Chairman of the Management Board and Director of the Roscongress Foundation, and Maria Mikhailova, CEO of Infintech Corporation, signed an agreement under which Infintech will participate in organizing internships and leisure activities for students of the School Friend social project. The company's specialists will also provide expert support and help with the development and implementation of programs for job seekers focused on employment in the IT sector.

On June 21, Maria Kiselyova, Deputy Director and Head of the Roscongress Foundation's Directorate for Work with Participants, and Nadezhda Komissarova, ClubFirst Business Community Development Director and ClubFirst MENTORING Project Manager, signed a cooperation agreement between the Professionals of the Future autonomous non-profit organization and the Roscongress Foundation. ANO "Professionals of the Future" will provide internships for people with disabilities and disabilities who are wards of the RK-Skills project, and for other participants in the Foundation's career projects. It is also planned to hold career guidance events and excursions to industrial enterprises.

On the final day of the Forum, June 21, as part of the Future Day, Alexander Stuglev, Director of the Roscongress Foundation, visited the Mentor Lounge, where he talked with young entrepreneurs. He shared the story of building his own career and talked about what qualities are important for success. The head of Roscongress also focused on the development of social projects in Russia, their role in shaping the country's international image, and the prospects for cooperation between business and the non-profit sector.

Roscongress Foundation projects create a space where everyone feels needed and able to realize their dreams. It helps to break stereotypes and form a society in which equality, mutual assistance and respect become not just words, but a real practice of life.
