Russian airline Red Wings to resume flights to Israel from July 2


On June 26, the Russian airline Red Wings announced the resumption of flights to Israel from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sochi from July 2 this year.
"Red Wings plans to operate flights to Tel Aviv from Moscow, Sochi and St. Petersburg from July 2, and from Mineralnye Vody from July 3," the company said in a message on the VKontakte social network.
The airline also said that it is currently cooperating with the Federal Air Transport Agency, as well as the Israeli aviation authorities in accordance with international recommendations.
The day before, the Federal Air Transport Agency allowed Russian airlines to operate flights to Israel during the daytime. In addition, the ban on flights over the territory of Qatar has been completely lifted, and Russian carriers can operate flights to the country.
