Earlier in the day, two teenagers were detained in St. Petersburg on suspicion of desecrating the Victory Banner. It was noted that on Tankman Khrustytsky Street, several young men tore down the Victory Banner from the building. During searches in the apartment of one of the attackers, law enforcement agencies found a damaged Banner.
